the inspiration
One day while out in the front of our house,
I saw a lizard in the garden planter where the
blue agave, lantana, coastal sage, and rocks live.
I often saw lizards, but this time as I watched
I longed to have a pet lizard to take care of.
Lucy the Lizard arrived that day.
Other animals followed over a span of a few
years. These books are inspired by the animals
who have taught me wisdom for many years.
It is my hope that these four books will open your
hearts, and perhaps offer insight along your path.
It is a joy and honor to share them with you.
May inspiration and curiosity always be your guides.
May sharing your gifts with others be your greatest joy.
Animal Wisdom Cards
This colorful deck was designed as support for the poetry books. The cards carry the essence of the wisdom of each animal. A card, or cards, can be drawn after setting an intention to receive guidance. Reading the poem of a drawn card will reveal the expanded wisdom of the animal.
